The most delicious vegan cake of all time – Honey Heart, no mixer, in 5 minutes

Hello everyone! Today, we are preparing an amazing vegan cake.
Although it’s inexpensive and can be made in just 5 minutes, its taste rivals that of many more expensive and complicated cakes. It’s tender, moist, aromatic, and literally melts in your mouth. Its flavor captivates you with the first bite. If you love gingerbread, this cake will quickly become one of your favorites. When it comes to baking soda, don’t overdo it, as too much can make the cake taste bitter. If you’re considering using baking powder, just skip it. Baking soda gives the cake a better color and makes it juicier than baking powder would.

Ingredients:

For the batter:

  • 300 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp gingerbread spice
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • 300 ml water
  • 100 ml oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 200 g apricot or peach jam

For the filling:

  • 300 g apricot jam
  • 3 tbsp boiling water

For the chocolate glaze:

  • 150 g vegan chocolate
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp plant-based cooking cream
    (If the mixture is too thick, add 1-2 tbsp hot water)

Baking Instructions:

Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes in a 36×24 cm baking pan.
