Ultra-fast 10-minute flatbread with yogurt

Ingredients:

  • 420 g flour
  • 220 ml low-fat natural yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 2–3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Oil for frying

Preparation:

1. First, it’s best to have all ingredients at room temperature, so don’t forget to take the egg and yogurt out of the fridge ahead of time.

    2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, egg, baking soda, oil, salt, and yogurt. Use a hand mixer with a kneading hook or a spoon (or even your hands) to mix the ingredients until a dough ball forms. Divide the dough into smaller portions.

      3. Roll each portion into a ball and then flatten them with a rolling pin. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and cook each flatbread until golden brown on both sides.
